Security Officer Training/EMPLOYMENT
CPSSD ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS
One of the most overlooked items when client's hire a Security Service is training. We have found most clients assume they are hiring a Security Service that has fully trained Security Officers. The reality is training varies from exceptionally well-trained Security Officers to limited and no training. It comes down to the individual Companies' Requirements, City, State, and Federal regulations if any in some States.
At Crime Prevention SSD (CPSSD) we found that to be an unacceptable practice that finds no home within the ranks of our company. The entire reason for the creation of Crime Prevention SSD (CPSSD) is to bring together the best of the best in a highly trained professional unit. This unit of Security Officers come to us already heavily trained, experienced, and with a proven background of service to State, Federal, County, and Military Government entities.
This does not mean their training ends there. Once employed with Crime Prevention SSD (CPSSD) the continuation of training begins and continues through their employment.
CURRENT MINIMUM BASIC HIRING REQUIREMENTS
01. HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED NOT ACCEPTED
02. ASSOCIATES DEGREE COMPLETED
03. PASS PHYSICAL TESTING
04. PASS MEDICAL EXAMINATION
05. PASS DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTING
06. PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION/CREDIT CHECK
07. PASS (FOUR YEAR) VERIFIABLE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE CHECK
08. PASS WRITTEN ENTRY EXAM PASS/FAIL
09. RECEIVE INVITATION TO INTERVIEW AND PASS INTIAL INTERVIEW
10. SOCIAL MEDIA/INTERNET BACKGROUND CHECK
